We’ve long suspected that the letters ‘CA’ after Dave’s name stood for ‘Creative Accountant.’ You see, Dave came to Wynford by way of TBWA Chiat/Day advertising, an organization that knows the business value of creative thinking. Joining that agency in 1995, he was able to put his skills in human resources, technology and office administration to work implementing their virtual office.
Prior to TBWA, Dave held positions at the Doner Schur Peppler and Foote, Cone & Belding agencies. Before the siren song of marketing captured his heart, Dave had a proper job with the international accounting firm KPMG Thorne Riddell, at which time he earned that CA designation.
Dave is Wynford’s leading proponent of transparent costing. Since joining the company in 2001, he has restructured our accounting procedures to demystify the process of working with us. Dave’s formula is simple: a straightforward fee-for-service schedule coupled with flow-through costs from our third-party partners.
